* The Jamieson Suite is part of Guest House 1.  The max occupancy (6 - 12) of Guest House 1 includes the Jamieson Suite.  The max occupancy of both houses is therefore 12 - 20 people.

** Occupancy range is listed as follows:  first number represents the number of people sleeping in permanent beds.  The second number represents the maximum occupancy of the unit using our convertible beds (sleeper sofa, cots, etc.).  For example, in Guest House1, we can accommodate up to 6 people in permanent beds and an additional 6 in temporary beds (sleeper sofas and cots).

*** Pet fees are for up to 2 dogs with a maximum charge per stay of $50.  If you are planning to bring your dog, please review our pet and other policies.

Making Reservations

Reservations are handled on a first come first served basis and are only confirmed with a non-refundable deposit.  Please note that our check-n time is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

arrow High Season Dates - 50% Deposit & 2 night minimum stay

  • May 1 - September 30
  • November 20 - December 1
  • December 17 - January 4

arrow Large Groups (e.g. wedding parties, reunions, events, etc.) - 50% deposit year round

arrow Low Season - Deposit equals one night stay at the daily rate

Dates are confirmed only after we have received your deposit.  We cannot hold any dates until we have received your deposit.  If you haven't already done so, check our online availability calendar (updated daily) to see if your desired dates are available.
